After all these months of bathroom remodeling drama, everything culminates to this day, Feb 21, 2007. The day that we face off in court with our sleazy contractor in the historic case of "Kam vs Moreno".
For weeks we diligently prepared our case. We carefully collected and presented all evidence including several volumes of photos taken at the crime scene (one mangled bathroom), grout deposit mixed with copius amount of hair dredged up from clogged pipes neatly tugged in a Ziploc bag, and evidence of how our sleazy contractor defrauded us with a fake license. We argued our case to the best of our abilities, and we held our breath for what seems like eternity for the judgement (which really took like 2 minutes). And then we heard the words we were so longing to hear... Justice prevailed! We WON!!!
But as all great crime drama goes, there's always a sequel with a twist, and ours' called "After Judgement Day- the Collection". I'm not sure if that's going to be a psycho-thriller or tear-jerker, as we hear it's easier to win the case than to actually get the $$$ from the losing party. Anyone with experience on this issue, please do share.
