With every great roadtrip, there's the inevitable, long, weary drive home. Today's 7-hr drive was no exception. This is the part that I wish I could fast-forward like the stupid commercials that interrupt my shows on Tivo.
Now comfortably typing away at my oh-so-familiar computer at home, it seems a bit surreal that it was a mere 12 hours ago that we were 10,000 feet above sea level, tackling a grueling hike in knee-deep-snowed-in-bear-country in the high Sierras with Bryson.
Wanna know how Bryson did this time in chest-deep snow? Stay tuned! I promise a more detailed report of this epic hike as I'll (hopefully) acclimate back to reality at sea level over the next 24 hours.
